  • How Delivery system works ?
    After placing an order you will receive a email from us to confirm your order. Based on the bandwidth we will initiate the delivery ASAP. You will receive call once the deliery is ready.
  • Do we charge on delivery ?
    No.
  • Do you have any option for delivery slot ?
    No.
  • Do you offer any pickup ?
    Yes, we do offer pick up from our store but due to COVID situation we want everyone to stay home and we will deliver goods.
  • How do I return item(s) if they are defective or expired ?
    If you wish to return the items please do notify us with in 7 Days via contact us page with the order Id and Your Address. Please also specify the suitable day and timings in the email. our delivery team will connect with you. At this moment, we don't provide any product exchange, so we will refund the amount of damaged/ expired product(s). In case you choose to return/ exchange the item(s) which had free gift with it then you need to return the free gift as well.
  • What should I do, If I did not get my free gift along with product as given in the website ?"

  • Is there any limit on ordering quantity or amount ?
    Due to COVID situation. As of now there is no limit.

  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping is free because Deliery will be done in Bandra West only.
  • What are the Payment options ?
    As of now we offer only COD. When delivery arrives please be ready with the amount and change if possible. We do support Swipe machine for Debit/ Credit Card transactions but you have to mention that when our delivery team calls.
