This Shipping & Return Policy explains how the entire process works at HKS50.com on the Site. As a visitor to the Site/ Customer you are advised to please read the Shipping & Return Policy carefully before buying any product on our website.

1.  HKS50.com delivers only in Bandra-West.

2.  40 Rs delivery charges are applied at the time of checkout.

3.  Delivery may take one or two days based on the restriction of Covid 19 situation and our capacity.

4.  If you find any issues please reach us via contact us page.

Return & Refund Policy: 

​

1.   In order to avoid return of goods please do check all the items at the time of delivery.

2.   If you find the delivered item as defective or expired, you can chose to reject it at the time of delivery. 

3.   If you wish to return the items please do notify us with in 7 Days via contact us page with the order Id and Your Address.

      Please also specify the suitable day and timings in the email. our delivery person will connect with you.

      We don't provide any product exchange, so we will refund the amount of damaged/ expired product.

4.  Please remember if you contacts us after 7 days then we wont be able to help you. So please be mindful while collecting the 

     order from Delivery Associate.
